Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from RightCare Patch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus shipping fees and restocking fees (when applicable) to your original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
All returns must have a Returns Authorization (RA) Number issued by RightCarePatch.com. Any items returned without an RA Number will not be refunded.
After reading this return policy and confirming that your purchase is eligible for a return, please email us at email@example.com or call us at (833) 537-2390 with the following information: Your Order Number, Your Email Address, Reason For Return, and Any Additional Information.
We accept returns of items purchased on RightCarePatch.com or ExpressMed.com only when they are in their original manufacturer packaging, unopened, and in their new original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will not accept any items if they have been opened, tried on, or have been partially used unless the product is proven to be defective and/or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item and upon examination you find it to be damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Do not refuse the delivery of your order, or attempt to return it yourself prior to contacting us. We will remedy the situation for you and provide you with everything you need for the return and replacement of your order. We will not be able to refund your purchase if you do not contact us for a return authorization number prior to shipping back the product.
Please be advised that in the event you are requesting to return a damaged or defective item, pictures may be required for some items to substantiate the claim.
Please make sure to contact us immediately if you received an incorrect item or a product that was visibly damaged upon delivery

Before deeming the RightCare Patches you ordered as defective, or if you are having difficulty with them, please reference the instructions for use included on the paper insert enclosed in your RightCare Patch pouch and watch our How To Apply video first. If you review these resources and still require additional assistance, please contact us for more details on how to resolve your issue or to receive a replacement.
